We stayed for one day at their lonavala Majestic villa, with 4 rooms. Absolutely clean rooms and baths with modern bath fittings. Huge Living room + 1bed room + kitchen at ground floor. All bedroom were quite large ranging from 150 sft to 200 sft. Great wifi connection. Beautiful kitchen with cooking stove, microwave, clean cutlery, etc. Quick checkin by staff. Property is close to highway. Couple of points to note. The cupboards had the smell of napthalene balls which spread around the whole room. We understand that these are used as a detterent for pests but before guests checkin you need to open these out and ventilate the room. A few sachets of coffee / tea would be helpful. I know that this was not explicitly mentioned on your website but in a modern vacation rental this is a given not to mention a huge inconvenience early in the morning. Side tables near bedrooms are extremely dated. A few plastic table on each side of the bed would be very helpful. A staff member has to show the primary guest around each room, this was not done. Bathroom geyser buttons has to be highlighted.

Stayed at Seven Sands Ville. In-house activities were okay, food service was good. The villa was huge and well-maintained. Enjoyed the quiet surroundings. Overall, a good experience.

I book this villa by online payment in part payment advance with commitment is that there is lot of land is available for garden and children play ground.but when we reached the villa and see that there is no garden no children play ground .available 4villas in one compound with single swiming pool .only house is there without open space which required in between 4villas .so kindly don't go to book online villa on the basis of there photos of villas all thing is diffrence by out side specialy open space and greenish .if like this type of villa then my suggestion is that pls don't visit lonvala. Choose another villas and don't pay online advance booking amount for this sven sand ville on the basis of their additing photos.

Peaceful place to book and stay with family for a day or two. The rooms were huge and I loved how well they have maintained the rooms as well as the access to side activities such as swimming, archery and TT.
